The Company strives to provide employees with a safe and healthy workplace, so as to avoid the impact on the region and its surrounding environment. In the meantime, it has invested to build an industrial water purification plant and introduce a variety of technologies so as to achieve green and cleaner production,improve efficiency, and ensure quality.
RunnerHumanitarian Aid
Internally, we have tried to send warmth and care to employees by establishing the love fund system, which takes love as its concept and uses each fund for its specified purpose only. Meanwhile, we encourage employees to actively participate in annual blood donation activities, actively join hands with suppliers to carry out charitable donation activities and vigorously organize such activities as public welfare running and public welfare assistance in combination with our corporate culture.
RunnerTalent Program
We have launched on-campus recruitment and the International Youth Attraction Program for over ten years. From 2015, we invested for implementation of the Qualification Enhancement Program every year. From 2014, we organized some colleagues to study lean production in Japan, and were continuously organizing such activities as rationalization proposals, skills training, labor competitions and technological innovation within the Company.
